Dylan Li (b. Chongqing, China) is an artist working across performance, photography, video, and installation. His work investigates how images shape relationships between body, landscape, and space through shifting modes of perception. Drawing from photography, moving image, performance, and constructed environments, he treats image-making as a process of transfer, in which accumulation, fracture, reflection, and displacement continually reorganize visibility. Rather than presenting images as stable representations, his works create situations in which perception is redistributed, allowing familiar distinctions between body and landscape, intimacy and spectacle, or image and surface to remain unsettled. He now lives and works in Philadelphia.
